At Aromatherapy-products.co.uk delivery on UK orders is free. If your package weighs less than 5kg it will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery by default for a speedy and secure arrival. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery to you. If your package weighs more than 5kg your order will be shipped by Courier delivery (Monday to Friday) by default. If you wish to ship a package less than 5kg by Courier delivery (Monday to Friday) or a package that weighs less than 2kg by Royal Mail Special delivery there will be a charge of £8.25.
Note: If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, please note the following: Royal Mail Recorded Signed For items need to be collected within seven days, and Special Delivery mail within three weeks, otherwise Royal Mail will return them to the sender. Parcel Force Two attempts are made for delivery and if unsuccessful, parcels are kept for 16 days before returning to sender.
